Complete the Administrator Services Application (PDF). TIAA-CREF will send you your account information.
Use the account information to create a User ID and Password.

Plan Auditor Access

To provide your plan auditors secure limited access to your Plan's financial reports on the TIAA-CREF Administrator Web Center, complete the TIAA-CREF Online Auditor/Access Authorization/Change Form (PDF).

You can use this application to add or delete online access for your auditors.
