What services are available from the TIAA-CREF secure Plan Administrator website? The Plan Administrator website gives you the power to administer virtually all of your important plan administration tasks in an environment that is secure, fast and easy to use. You can obtain access to:
- Submit your institution’s retirement plan contribution lists
- Remit contribution funding through electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- Enroll employees yourself or enable them to enroll themselves online
- Run reports for your retirement plans
- Get ERISA Form 5500 and compliance support
- Make inquiries about your employees’ plan accumulations, allocations and contributions
- Order enrollment kits and publications
- Send emails to TIAA-CREF
How do I sign up for access to the Secure Plan Administrator website? You can register by simply filling out the TIAA-CREF Administrator Services Application (PDF). You can use this application to add, change or delete online access for yourself and for other authorized users.

Plan Auditor Access To provide your plan auditors secure limited access to your Plan's financial reports on the TIAA-CREF Administrator Web Center, complete the TIAA-CREF Online Auditor/Access Authorization/Change Form (PDF). You can use this application to add or delete online access for your auditors.
How do I change my password? On the Login for Online Access page, select the "Update your profile" link, which is in the New Enhanced Online Security section (located on the bottom, right-hand side column). Enter your current user ID and password, and click Log In. You will see the Update Your Security Profile page, where you can modify your password.
Please note: The password must be a minimum of eight characters, and must include at least one letter and one number. Confirm your password by re-entering it in the fields provided. You can also check/update your email address and security question/answer. Click Update, and you're ready to go.
I forgot my user ID and/or password. To retrieve your user ID, click Log in from any page on the Plan Administrator website and select "Forgot user ID." On the next screen, enter your email address and click Continue. We will validate the email address you entered and send your user ID to the email address we have on file.
If you have forgotten your password, click Log in from any page on the Plan Administrator website and select "Forgot your password." On the next screen, enter your secure Plan Administrator website user ID. You will then be prompted to answer your security question. By providing the answer that we have on file, you will be allowed to reset your password.
How do I update the contact information on file for my institution? If you are a registered user, log in with your user ID and password. You can change the contact information we have on file for you by selecting My Profile from the homepage.
If you do not have a login, you can register for access by completing the TIAA-CREF Administrator Services Application (PDF).
