Executive Compensation Services
TIAA-CREF offers consulting, recordkeeping and administration services in support of a variety of executive compensation plans offered to a select group of senior management or a select group of highly compensated employees.
These plans include 457(b) and 457(f) nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, 415(m) excess benefit plans, certain 403(b) and 401(a) plans created specifically for select employees (to the extent permitted by the IRS nondiscrimination rules).
Also included are restricted executive bonus arrangements, key employee life and split-dollar insurance plans. In conjunction with our Wealth Management Group, we are also able to provide individual counseling services for employees covered under these special arrangements.
