Implementation Services

We offer planning, project management and communications services to make the transition to TIAA-CREF or the addition of a new product or service as seamless as possible for you and your participants.

  • Planning: TIAA-CREF will work with you to develop implementation solutions that meet your goals. From there we’ll develop a comprehensive approach that touches all products and services from TIAA-CREF and all required areas to ensure coordination as the implementation proceeds. 
  • Process Management: TIAA-CREF will provide dedicated implementation support to shepherd your transition for both your institution and the individual participant. Our first focus is quality to ensure a solid approach, coupled with a timeline to meet your expectation. After a kickoff session with a thorough review of critical decisions, we will have regular meetings to closely review the status of deliverables, issue resolution and risks. We will work with your previous investment providers and record keepers to get any data and assets as necessary. We will perform a full review of all data from you and your prior record keeper with multiple levels of testing to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues before our agreed-upon implementation date. After implementation, we’ll carefully review transaction processing for a period to ensure a smooth transition to the routine business teams.
  •  Communication Management: TIAA-CREF will work with you to build a communication plan for your employees and other stakeholders, including announcement letters, welcome kits and a customized web site where your employees can review your plan details, investment options and enroll.
