Disclosure AssistSM: A Guided Tour
The Department of Labor (DOL) requires ERISA plan sponsors to disclose certain plan- and investment-related information to their participants. At TIAA-CREF, we’ve given you an easy way to access and customize your plan’s disclosures through our Disclosure Assist tool.
This tool provides a format for plan and investment information, and gives you several options for distributing the disclosures to your participants. To help you get started, follow the steps below:
