What is eDelivery?eDelivery is short for electronic delivery. It means that you can elect to receive your required documents, such as account statements and prospectuses, online instead of in paper form. An email notification will be sent to inform you that a document has been posted online. Then, you can log in to your TIAA-CREF account to view your document securely.
 

Please note: Some documents that do not contain personal information will not require you to log in—you will be able to link directly to the electronic document.

Besides being good for the environment, eDelivery provides faster delivery of your statements and other documents, secure access to historical statements for seven years, reduced paper clutter in your home and office, and flexibility to change your delivery preference at any time. What documents are available for eDelivery? The documents that are available fall into ten categories. You can select all or some of the categories when signing up for eDelivery. The categories are:

  • Annual Privacy Notice
  • Annual/Semi-Annual Financial Reports
  • Other Account Statements, Reports, and Forms
  • Prospectus & Supplements
  • Proxy Information
  • Public Disclosures and General Information
  • Quarterly Statements
  • Tax Reporting Forms
  • Transaction Confirmations
  • Advice and Planning Reports

How do I sign up for eDelivery? To access your personal information and change your delivery preferences, you'll need a user ID and password. (If you do not already have a user ID, you can register for Online Access in the login box on the home page).

After logging in to your account:

  1. Click the My Profile tab and select Contact Information and eDelivery Preferences.
  2. Under the eDelivery Preferences section, select Edit My eDelivery Preferences.
  3. Check the categories of documents you wish to receive online via eDelivery. You can choose check all to be sure you get everything by eDelivery. You will automatically receive an email notification whenever a new statement is ready for you to view online.

If you’re ready to sign up now, simply log in to request eDelivery.

How do I update my email address? In order to change your email address, you will need to log into your account.

After logging in to your account:

  1. Click the My Profile tab and select Contact Information and eDelivery Preferences.
  2. Under the eDelivery Preferences section, select Edit My Contact Information or Edit my eDelivery Preferences.
  3. Enter your new email address on the following page, then click Save My eDelivery Preferences. Your new email address is effective immediately.

If you’re ready to update your email address now, you can log in to your account profile.

Please note: This will not update your email address for your security profile. It only updates the email address used for eDelivery and other email communications such as marketing, service notifications and correspondence with TIAA-CREF representatives. To update your security profile email address, click the My Profile tab and select Security Information.
