You are required to complete a Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) for one or more of your plans. An SRA allows automated, pre-tax contributions from your paycheck directly to your specified plans.

  • Your investment allocation amounts/percentages for your investment choices.
  • Your Social Security number.
  • Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address.

Retirement Plan
Select this plan if you have met the eligibility criteria for Moravian College employer contribution plan. No employee contributions required.

Tax Deferred Annuity Plan
Select this plan if you are interested in contribution pre-tax salary deferral contributions to the individual owed tax deferred annuity contracts. Participation is voluntary.
