ELIGIBILITY

Faculty and Professional Employees can participate immediately in the NM ARP Plan, but if the NM ARP is not selected within 90 days of employment then they are defaulted into the NM State Defined Benefit plan. All employees are immediately eligible for the Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan and the 457(b) Plan.

  • Your Social Security number.
  • Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address.
