We're pleased to offer you these options for enrolling in your Oregon University System retirement plans:

ENROLL ONLINE

Online enrollment is the fastest and easiest way to enroll. Before you enroll, have the following information available:

• Your investment allocations, which you select from your investment options
• Your Social Security number
• Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address

To enroll online, click the plan for which you are eligible:

• OUS Optional Retirement Plan (ORP)
  • Unclassified OUS employees are eligible to participate
  • ORP is an alternative to membership in the Public Employees' Retirement Plan (PERS) and the Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan (OPSRP) 
     
• OUS Tax-Deferred Investment Plan
  • All OUS employees and OSU clinical interns are eligible. Student employees may not participate.

ENROLL BY MAIL

Follow these instructions to enroll using a paper form:

1. Download your enrollment materials from the appropriate link(s) below:
• Oregon University System Optional Retirement Plan (PDF)
• Oregon University System Tax-Deferred Investment Plan (PDF)
• Complete and sign the forms.
   
• Mail the forms to:

The forms should be received by the benefits office by the 10th of the month to be effective that month.
