1. Tell us how much of your salary you want to contribute.

You are required to completed a Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) to set up your pre-tax contributions from your paycheck directly into the Reed College Retirement Plan - Contribution.

Submit the completed form to the Human Resources office or email it to hr@reed.edu.

2. Open an online account and enroll in Reed's retirement plans.

First time users will be directed to register and establish online access with TIAA-CREF.
Have the following information available before you enroll online:
  • Your investment allocation amounts/percentages for your investment choices.
  • Your Social Security number.
  • Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address.
