You must print, complete, and submit a salary deferral form as part of your Voluntary Savings Plan enrollment. This form gives your employer permission to automatically deduct pretax contributions from your paycheck directly to your specified plans. Your online enrollment in the Voluntary Savings Plan is not complete until you print the online confirmation statement, download and complete the required Voluntary Savings Plan Salary Reduction Agreement (PDF), and bring both documents to your benefits office.
