One or more plans available to you require a Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) in order to process your enrollment application. An SRA allows automated, pre-tax contributions from your paycheck directly to your specified plans. You can obtain a copy of these forms at your benefits office.
Have the following information available before you enroll online:
- Your investment allocation amounts/percentages for your investment choices.
- Your Social Security number.
- Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address.

For enrollment in the ARP - In addition to your TIAA-CREF enrollment materials, you must complete and submit a Retirement Plan Election form. Sign, date and return it to the Benefits Office within the 120-day election period.
For enrollment in the Tax Deferred Annuity Plan, your enrollment is not complete until you also visit www.myretirementmanager.com
to submit the payroll contribution amount.
