Have the following information available before you enroll online:
- Your investment allocation amounts/percentages for your investment choices.
- Your Social Security number.
- Your beneficiary's Social Security number, birth date and address.

401(a) Alternative Retirement Plan (ARP)
New hires (.75 FTE - 100 FTE) can elect to participate in the ARP within 120 days of their hire date. You must establish your ARP account and submit a completed WSU Retirement Plan Election form within the 120-day deadline. This form should be returned to the HR Department.
As a participant in the Ohio Alternative Retirement Plan (ARP) at Wright State University, you may change your ARP vendor at any time during the year. If you'd like to switch from another ARP vendor to TIAA-CREF, please complete the Vendor Change form
and submit it to the HR Department. This change request will be effective based upon receipt by Human Resources, verification of the new ARP account, and payroll deadlines. Voluntary 403(b) Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan
All WSU employees (FT, PT, and Adjuncts) are eligible to contribute to the 403(b) Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan and can enroll at any time.

to initiate your payroll contributions.

For enrollment in the ARP - In addition to your TIAA-CREF enrollment materials, you must complete and submit a WSU Retirement Plan Election form
